Considering many buildings have lead flashing, due care and attention is necessary to prevent causing any damage. Hypo also kills plants so being mindful of over spray & what's situated below the roof is a must. Another method for cleaning a roof is via a biocide. Applying a biocide will kill moss, lichen or algae if present but it won't remove the dirt and grime embedded in surfaces. Results can't be seen instantly so this method of approach requires patience. The biocide requires time to kill microorganisms present and then nature will do the rest. What is Hypo?
