Pre-Treatments & Post-Treatments

  • A Pre-treatment enhances the end result and provides a more vigorous clean.  Examples of pre-treatments include the application of a cleaning detergent/degreaser to aid in cleaning which is especially beneficial when the use of steam/hot water isn’t appropriate to use e.g. tarmac as it begins to soften at around 50 C.  Another possibility is having a surface soft washed prior to cleaning which is beneficial when microorganisms such as Moss, Algae, Lichen or Black spots are present.

  • A Post-treatment also enhances the end result but could include a biocidal treatment to increase the longevity of keeping problematic organisms at bay like Moss, Algae & Lichen.  Post treatments are also recommended where more than just dirt & grime is present e.g. black spots & rusting.

Tailor-Made Packages

If you are unsure of your requirements don't worry, we will provide you with a tailor-made package including our recommendations to meet your demands.  We will also provide you with various options to choose from where applicable, to allow you to pick the best package you feel suits your needs and budget.

Our primary aim is to meet your demands and expectations and provide you with a great service you are happy with.  So, our customisable recommendations allow you to maintain complete control over every aspect of the service you receive.

Estimates

If you can provide us with key specifics in relation to the surfaces you seek cleaning, we can provide you with a free estimate prior to conducting a site survey.  For example, if you are looking to have a driveway cleaned, we would require the square meterage for the area.  If you want your gutters cleaned, we will require the overall length of the guttering to be cleaned etc.  If you could send us photos of the areas as well, it would assist in ensuring the estimate is as accurate as possible.
